We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to join a leading multinational company in the services industry.This strategic leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing the company's demand generation strategy, driving qualified customer acquisition and maximizing marketing performance across multiple acquisition channels.The adecuado candidate combines strong business acumen with analytical capabilities, bringing experience in optimizing marketing investments, improving conversion throughout the customer journey, and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the company's Demand Generation strategy, maximizing lead volume, quality and conversion.Drive customer acquisition initiatives across digital and offline marketing channels.Optimize marketing investments through continuous analysis of campaign performance, conversion metrics and ROI.Own the acquisition funnel,



identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across every stage of the customer journey.Partner with Marketing Analytics to translate insights into actionable acquisition strategies.Monitor acquisition KPIs, lead quality, CAC, CPL, conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Analytics teams to accelerate business growth.Lead and develop a high-performing Demand Generation team.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.Proven experience leading Demand Generation, Customer Acquisition, Performance Marketing or Acquisition teams.Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and marketing performance.Experience managing significant marketing budgets and agency relationships.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions.Experience working with Marketing Analytics, attribution models and performance reporting.
