The Role
We are looking for a proactive, commercially-minded Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) Manager to lead financial reporting, drive analytical insight, and spearhead finance transformation across our group entities. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our finance function, with direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting
Own preparation of accurate, timely consolidated financial statements across group entities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting cycles
Lead the group-wide budgeting and forecasting process
Oversee cash flow management to support day-to-day business operations
Analysis & Insight
Analyse financial data to surface trends, risks,
and opportunities - translating outputs into clear narratives for senior leadership
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions
Identify and recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
Finance Transformation
Lead finance transformation projects, including the implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows
Drive standardisation, automation, and reporting consistency across the group
Build a best-practice finance function with scalable processes and systems
Advanced English proficiency — written and verbal
3+ years of FP&A; experience, ideally in SaaS or Tech
Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CA, CPA or CFA is a plus
Proven ability to lead finance projects and strategic initiatives
Strong commercial acumen; can connect numbers to business outcomes
Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
Hands-on experience with finance systems implementation or optimisation
Self-starter with strong accountability and project management skills
Collaborative — builds partnerships across cross-functional teams
Experience in a multinational or scaleup environment is a plus
