Responsibilities Own and drive end-to-end transition governance across all phases Manage transition plans, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Ensure quality gate compliance and execution discipline Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness, Ensure adherence to governance processes and sign-offs Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady state Requirements 5-6+ years of experience in IT project management Strong ITIL expertise with solid experience in Application Management Services (AMS) Proven experience in managing stable production environments through effective governance of managed service vendors Demonstrated ability to ensure service reliability,
