ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Software Engineer (Web) to build and ship a unified franchisee portal web application using ReactJS.
You will own complex and critical web-specific functionalities and user interfaces, write clean and well-tested TypeScript code, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
The role includes using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to support code scaffolding, testing, documentation, and solution prototyping.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Build and ship the unified franchisee portal web application using ReactJS;- Own complex and critical web-specific functionalities and user interfaces;- Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code and maintain high standards through code reviews and documentation;- Optimize web application performance for speed, responsiveness, and memory usage;- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues;- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to generate code scaffolding, write and review tests,



create documentation, and prototype solutions;- Participate in Agile or product-centric delivery practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.MUST HAVES- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience;- Solid experience developing software with JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS;- Experience building complex web interfaces and managing state in web applications;- Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architectures;- Experience working with PostgreSQL and data persistence concepts;- Experience developing high-quality, maintainable code while adhering to secure coding standards and industry security best practices;- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;- Ability to collaborate effectively within an engineering team;- Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES- Experience in the QSR industry;- Experience delivering production software;- Experience working in Agile or team-based development environments.PERKS AND BENEFITS- Professional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
