You'll work in a collaborative, trusting, thought-provoking environment—one that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally.Our data engineers work on the acquisition, transformation, and management of large-scale data assets, and create solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing architecture.Job ResponsibilitiesAcquire and manage data from different data sources and data storagesIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsTransform existing ETL logic on AWS and/or Databricks or equivalent cloud AI platformInnovate new ways of managing, transforming, and validating dataImplement new or enhance services and scripts (in both object-oriented and functional programming)Establish and enforce guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and completeness of data assetsApply quality assurance best practices to all work productsAnalyze, design,



and implement business-related solutions and core architectural changes using Agile programming methodologies with a development teamQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProficiency in advanced Python programming, with experience utilizing libraries such as Pandas and/or NumPyProficiency in Spark fundamentals and implementing complex ETL transformations using SparkExperience with the AWS data engineering stack, including S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Kinesis, EC2, EMR, Lambda, EKS, RDS, and othersExperience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Experience developing APIs leveraging different back-end data stores Familiarity with relational database environments (Oracle, SQL Server, , leveraging databases, tables/views, stored procedures, etc.Familiarity with NoSQL databases Hands-on experience with AI/IA,Fluent in EnglishPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsMachine Learning, and NLP in production contexts.Financial Services and Commercial Banking experience is a plusAt .
