The program offers hands‐on experience across the entire human resources value chain in a dynamic, supportive environment.Program HighlightsFour rotations in various P&C; areas:People & Culture Services – driving the local roll‐out of the People Agenda and maintaining operational excellence.Employee & Labor Relations – managing consistent and fair people relations, workplace issues, and complex individual cases.Organizational Growth & Health – developing the foundation for strategic workforce management and organizational health.Total Rewards – attracting, recognizing, and engaging talent through a holistic vision.Optional rotation:



People Growth and Leadership Excellence – focusing on transformational leadership development and a skills‐based learning ecosystem.LocationThis position is for applicants starting and finishing the program in Buenos Aires.What We OfferOnsite onboarding event to introduce SAP and a virtual onboarding for the P&C; board area.International and collaborative work environment.Immediate participation as a functioning team member across different teams.On‐the‐job training supported by experienced experts, managers, and colleagues.Workshops and training sessions for skill acquisition and structured learning.Full‐time employment on an unlimited contract.What We're Looking ForRecent graduate or young professional with up to 3 years of work experience.Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR focus), Psychology, or related fields.Fluency in spoken and written English; additional language skills are an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with SAP systems is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute.Organized, detail‐oriented, and able to handle confidential information.At least one internship or other relevant work experience.
