This role is adecuado for a developer with experiencebuilding solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 who is looking tofurther develop their technical and consulting skills while working on enterprise clientprojects.

Candidates must beable to work in EST or CST hours.The successful candidate will work alongside Solution Architects, Senior Developers,Functional Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality Dynamics 365 andPower Platform solutions.
The role involves hands-on development, customization,integration support, troubleshooting, and participation throughout the software deliverylifecycle.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively withindistributed Agile teams are essential.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications includingSales, Customer Service, and related solutions.
 Develop and support:o Plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .
NETo Client-side scripting using JavaScript and TypeScripto Dataverse customizations, business rules, and security configurationso Power Automate cloud flows and integrationso Model-Driven Apps and Power Platform solutions Participate in solution deployments and environment management activities.
 Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
 Follow established coding standards, development practices, and solution architectureguidelines.Power Pages Development Develop and maintain Power Pages portals integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics365. Support:o Web templates and page configurationso Liquid templateso JavaScript customizationso Portal security and authentication configurations Assist in improving portal performance,



usability, and accessibility.Azure Integration Support Participate in integration development using:o Azure Functionso Azure Logic Appso Azure Service Buso Azure Storageo REST APIs Assist with troubleshooting and supporting integration solutions.
 Follow established security and integration best practices.Project Delivery & Collaboration Participate in Agile delivery teams and sprint activities.
 Attend backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, andretrospectives.
 Collaborate with:o Solution Architectso Functional Consultantso Project Managerso Senior Developers Provide accurate effort estimates for assigned development tasks.
 Maintain technical documentation and deployment notes.
 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reusable development assets.Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, InformationTechnology, or equivalent practical experience.
 2–5 years of software development experience.
 2+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/orMicrosoft Power Platform.
 Hands-on experience with:o C#o .
NETo JavaScripto Dataverseo Power Automateo Model-Driven Apps Understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration concepts.
 Experience working with source control and development lifecycle processes.
 Experience working within Agile project teams.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required to support effectivecollaboration with clients and internal teams, with proficiency aligned to an advanced(C1 or C2) level.Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
 Experience with:o Power Pageso Azure Functionso Azure Logic Appso Azure Service Buso Azure DevOpso CI/CD pipelines Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consulting organization.
