We are proud to be part of an inclusive, safe, and vibrant work environment.Job Role DescriptionThis role supports the procurement and supply chain management aspects with a focus on executing commercial strategies through a request for quotation process, executing low and high value orders, and supporting invoice troubleshooting in the Upstream Unconventional business unit with focus on PVFF/MRO, Sand, Chemicals, and Rotating Equipment categories.What you will doRequests and validates vendor setup in all procurement/accounting systems, as needed.Forms, issues, and administers purchase orders and change orders valued between 10k-100k+.
Facilitates and analyzes quotations for all business units, as required.Conducts simple commercial and some terms and conditions negotiations.Vendor Relationship management.Monitors Control requirements.Validates competitive pricing.Creates value / savings.Ensures leads times are achievable and Monitors aged requisitions.Assist with troubleshooting across the purchasing process, helping resolve problems collaboratively (interaction with Business Line, Payables, Vendor Master, Contracting, Project Procurement Advisors and Supply Chain).
Communicate effectively with internal clients and suppliers, maintaining a professional, solution-oriented approach.Share learnings and propose ideas that improve the team's daily operations and client satisfaction.About youGraduated in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.Good understanding of the full Source to Pay process.Strong negotiation skills,
customer service oriented and focused.Self-starter with excellent organization and strong attention to detail requiring minimal supervision or oversight in a fast-faced and deadline driven environment.Interest in operations, procurement, problem-solving, and learning how processes connect.Analytical mindset and curiosity to understand the bigger picture behind each task.Strong sense of accountability and service orientation.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.English: Advanced level (able to communicate in writing and during calls).
