Monitor documentation and oversee care delivery to ensure regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements are met while upholding quality standards. Foster staff development and competency through supervision, coaching, trainings and in-services, team meetings.
Enhance professional growth and development through participation in specialized training. Promote positive culture of collaboration within All Health Network. Work closely and collaboratively with Manager and Director to develop department objectives and strategies to maximize staff efficiencies and operations that support organizational strategies and initiatives.
