The Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador for the client, delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive communication. This role requires subject matter expertise in talent acquisition and consultative guidance for hiring leaders in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead job scope meetings and define candidate requirements.
- Source candidates via ATS, resume databases, and Boolean search strings.
- Manage candidate engagement through phone, email, and social media.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the full hiring cycle.
- Partner with leadership on offer details and negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other regulatory standards.

Requirements

- Minimum two years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
- Proven background in high-volume manufacturing recruiting (e.g., machine operators, forklift drivers).
- Proficiency in ATS tools and Boolean search techniques.
- Fluent English is essential for this US-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
