and ambulation Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Assist with medications as delegated Escort or transport clients to appointments and errands when needed Observe and report changes in clients' health or condition to the nursing team Follow individualized care plans while promoting each client's dignity, comfort, and independence What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are: Compassionate, patient, and dependable Professional with strong communication skills Able to work independently while following care plans Committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care Willing to travel between client homes Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Paid training is provided for qualified candidates. Minimum Requirements Applicants must: Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license Have reliable transportation Maintain current automobile insurance Successfully pass a criminal background check Successfully complete fingerprint-based screening Pass a pre-employment drug screening Complete TB screening Be legally authorized to work in the United States Join Our Team!
