Job Group Supply Chain Planning & Optimization What role you will play in our team Generate an accurate sales forecast that serves as base for EM Supply Chain planning, playing a key role as the strategic link between Sales, Marketing, and Supply.





What you will do Generate a reliable forecast that depends on the quality of sales history, collaborative Market Intelligence, and optimal algorithm parameters in the system.

Provide a timely forecast to Supply to ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time to meet customer orders.
Work with Sales and Marketing to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics.
Maintain historical demand information.
Follow a scripted Demand Planning Monthly Cycle that aligns with industry best practice.
Leverage system tools to identify opportunities for forecast improvements.
Monitor system data quality and integrity and fix data related issues.

Measure forecast performance and adjust processes in order to drive long-term improvement.

Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) Meetings. About you Excellent verbal and written communication skills
