JOB PURPOSE The purpose of this role is to develop and grow a portfolio of QSR chains and caterers operators, building profitable and long

- term partnerships with Unilever Food Solutions.

The role delivers sustainable sell-in growth through structured negotiation, disciplined commercial planning, and close collaboration with the customer’s purchasing, operations, and supply teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and develop a portfolio of QSR and caterers accounts, owning the commercial relationship end to end.
- Negotiate price lists, commercial conditions, and annual agreements with the customer’s purchasing teams.
- Build, execute, and follow up joint business plans, delivering volume, turnover, and gross margin targets.
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual supply with each customer, coordinating with Supply Chain and Customer Service to secure availability.
- Protect and improve profitability by managing pricing, cost pass-through, and the customer P&L.;
- Grow the mix: introduce new products, expand SKU usage,



and develop new applications together with the customer’s operations and culinary teams.
- Manage accounts receivable and payment terms, keeping healthy commercial conditions.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts within the channel, building a structured pipeline.
- Track performance through CRM and reporting tools, anticipating deviations and proposing corrective plans.
- Collect market, competitor, and cost insights to support negotiation strategy and category development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2–4 years of experience in commercial or purchasing roles, either selling to or buying from large accounts.
- Proven experience negotiating prices, contracts, or commercial conditions with corporate customers or suppliers.
- Tertiary or university-level education (completed or in progress), preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills: Excel, price and margin analysis, and understanding of cost structures.
