About The Role We're looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to build, refine, and scale the operational workflows that turn ambitious growth targets into reality for Alignerr's contributor network. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — applying systems thinking, process optimization, and data-driven problem solving to one of the fastest-moving teams in AI data.

Commitment: 40 hours/week What You'll Do Build, manage, and optimize operational workflows that support growth initiatives and contributor recruiting

Design and implement scalable recruiting pipelines — from sourcing and outreach through onboarding — to grow the Alignerr contributor network




Develop and execute strategies to systematically expand contributor supply across target segments and geographies
Track and analyze key growth metrics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure growth experiments move from idea to execution efficiently
Create clear documentation for repeatable processes and standard operating procedures
Conduct competitive and market research to surface new growth opportunities
