On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Loan Processor who can independently manage loan files from application through closing. This is not a purely administrative role — the ideal candidate functions as both a loan processor and a hands-on assistant/loan officer support, wearing multiple hats to keep files moving efficiently.

Daily communication with the owner is essential, and the role requires strong ownership of documentation review, borrower outreach,



and coordination with underwriters.

Key Responsibilities

Loan File Processing & Documentation

Process private lending / real estate loan files from application through closing.
Thoroughly review legal documents, entity documentation, and other supporting paperwork with strong attention to detail and common sense.
Handle compliance-related documentation.

Prepare closing packages and support the full closing process.
