We are seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis, with the ability to drive financial strategy and provide executive-level insights to support business growth and decision-making.





Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations Develop and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy Strategic Analysis & Planning Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics Develop sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments Conduct profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit
