Responsibilities - The Speech Pathologist will conduct comprehensive speech and assessments to identify students’ communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans. - Provide evidence-based speech and pathology interventions and strategies to improve students’ communication, articulation, fluency, and skills. - Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other members of the school-based team to create and implement strategies that support students’ participation in the classroom and social activities. - Monitor and document students’ progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. - Offer guidance and education to parents, teachers, and support staff on strategies to enhance students’ communication skills and facilitate carryover into the classroom. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including session notes, progress reports, and billing docume...
