Requirements

Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: Previous experience in management roles, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities





End-to-End Management: Oversee the comprehensive operations of the company’s flagship locations.
Leadership: Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to reach KPIs.
Sales Support: Actively participate in closing sales and ensuring premium customer service.
Strategic Planning: Design and execute commercial strategies for each store.
Reporting: Supervise daily cash desk operations and generate performance reports.
Logistics: Coordinate and follow up on international e-commerce shipments.
