We seek two Digital Marketing Specialists (Digital Lifecycle Coordinator & Lifecycle Sports Coordinator) to join our Content team and integrate into an important project for a leading multinational entertainment company.

In this role, you will support Campaign Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement, and CRM campaigns.

This is a coordination, organization, and cross-functional collaboration role rather than a hands-on technical execution position in marketing automation platforms.

What will help you succeed: 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, CRM, or similar roles.





Deep understanding of marketing concepts such as customer journey, marketing funnel, segmentation, and engagement campaigns.

Ability to support Campaign Managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking Lifecycle Marketing, Retention, and Win-back initiatives across digital channels.

Strong skills in coordinating cross-functional efforts between Marketing, Product, Analytics, Operations, and other key teams.

Excellent organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail to track campaign calendars, deliverables, and quality assurance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to assist with campaign performance analysis alongside Analytics teams to identify growth opportunities.

For one of the positions: Strong knowledge of or experience in the sports industry, including familiarity with sports calendars and major competitions/events.
