The Role A hybrid sales + customer success seat that owns the full partner relationship: win new partners, win back paused ones, and keep the active book healthy and paying.

You carry a number on all three.
You'll work our pipeline (lead → contacted → call booked → call held → signed → onboarding → active), run reactivation outreach to paused/churned partners, and act as the go-to person keeping partners successful once they're live.
What You'll Own

Reactivate paused partners
— work the churned/paused book, diagnose why they stalled, and bring them back to active and billing.
Sell new partners
— book and run sales calls, handle objections,



and close roofing companies onto PPA / PPS / PPL programs.
Keep partners happy and retained
— onboarding, regular check-ins, resolving billing and appointment-quality concerns before they become cancellations, and defending our appointment success (billed) rate.
Own the outcome
— no orphaned partners, no dropped follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or CSM — bonus for home services, contractors, or performance-marketing/lead-gen.
Comfortable carrying quota
and
being the trusted advisor — you can close and you can nurture.
High EQ and direct: you say the real thing kindly, dig to the root cause, and don't hedge.
Skeptical by default — you verify claims and check the artifact instead of taking things at face value.
