About the Role
Aditi Consulting is looking for a Sales Lead to drive revenue growth across strategic accounts and new business opportunities.

This role is idóneo for a commercial professional with a strong background in IT Services and Technology Consulting sales, who combines a consultative approach with the ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions,



and close complex engagements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating demand, expanding existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to the commercial strategy of the region.

This person will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior commercial team members while partnering closely with delivery, recruiting, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful client outcomes.

What You'll Do
Drive business growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.

Develop and execute demand-generation strategies, including cold outreach, events, networking activities, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
