Responsibility: Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly;
Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems;
Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;
Conduct customer training;
Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team;
Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues;
Other task arranged by the company.
Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred;
Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
Able to use English as working language;
Good communication skills and hard working.
