About the Role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to drive top-of-funnel for our prediction-markets and crypto-exchange-infrastructure business.

You'll own content, community, and lead generation.

Day-to-day, that means building the Shift brand on X and Reddit, owning our social and written content calendar.





You'll work directly with our sales and partnerships team to turn signal into pipeline.

This is an early-career role with a clear path.

You’ll help set the standard for how we build our brand as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own social content production across X, Reddit, and Linked

In for both the Shift brand and our prediction-markets vertical.

Build and operate AI workflows that scale how our team works, including competitor signal pipelines, repurposing engines for long-form content, and prospect research automations.

Run email nurture campaigns through Klaviyo for our prediction-markets lane.

Source and qualify inbound and outbound leads in collaboration with our sales team.

Surface market signals from competitor moves, regulatory news, and KOL activity, and translate them into briefs the team can act on.
