Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst within IT Enterprise Applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment, owning end-to-end discovery, and shaping functional architecture across our enterprise ecosystems.

You will work as a trusted partner alongside senior executives and stakeholders across the business to unpack highly complex challenges, define long-term requirements, and establish robust success criteria for general system implementations.
You will act as the primary strategic bridge between business units and development and admin teams , translating high-level business vision into scalable, structured, and actionable technical roadmaps.

This role requires exceptional leadership, a masterly command of process design, and the ability to navigate deep ambiguity, drive executive consensus, and champion PMO best practices while mentoring junior or mid-level team members.
In This Role You Will

Lead Strategic Discovery & Alignment





Establish discovery frameworks and lead high-stakes alignment workshops with senior and executive stakeholders to diagnose root pain points and identify transformation opportunities.
Actively challenge requests to ensure long‑term viability, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment with global business objectives.

Own Enterprise Solution Design

Define end‑to‑end functional architecture for complex, multi‑system integrations, data flows, and workflow automations.
Oversee process improvements and system‑to‑system integrations, ensuring robust scalability and future‑proofing.
Establish clear, rigorous acceptance criteria and business validation frameworks for high‑impact initiatives.
