The Role
We're hiring a Shopify Plus Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of website builds, redesigns, and CRO projects for fast-growing eCommerce brands. You'll sit at the center of every project — managing clients, driving cross-functional teams, and keeping scope, timelines, and budgets locked in.
This is a client-facing, outcome-owning role — not a coordinator seat. You'll be expected to bring structure, judgment, and proactive communication from day one.
What You'll Own
Lead full-cycle Shopify Plus site builds and redesigns from kickoff to launch
Run weekly client calls, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned




Translate client goals into clear project plans, sprint priorities, and delivery milestones
Coordinate internal designers, developers, QA, and email teams across time zones
Maintain clean scope documentation — catch and escalate drift before it becomes a problem
Track velocity, blockers, and deliverables using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello
Manage 3–5 active projects simultaneously without dropping balls
