About the Role

We are a growing U.S. real estate investment company seeking a motivated
Real Estate Acquisitions Manager
to join our remote team.

In this role, you'll speak directly with motivated property owners, evaluate investment opportunities, negotiate purchase agreements, and help us acquire residential properties. If you have a sales mindset, enjoy negotiating, and are looking for long-term career growth, we'd love to meet you.

Training is provided
, so we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.

Remote

Preferred applicants are based in Latin America or Egypt.

Compensation
- $10 USD per hour
- 20 hours per week
- Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound seller leads
- Build rapport with homeowners and understand their situations
- Analyze potential acquisitions using company tools and buying criteria
- Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms




- Secure signed purchase agreements
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Work closely with the operations and dispositions teams
- Meet weekly and monthly performance goals

Qualifications
- Experience in real estate acquisitions, inside sales, appointment setting, cold calling, or high-ticket sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for U.S. phone conversations
- Comfortable handling objections and speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using CRMs (Podio, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.) is a plus
- Experience with dialing platforms such as Mojo, CallTools, BatchDialer, or similar is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet connection
