About The Team/role




The Driver Platform team drives DiDi's growth across Spanish-speaking LATAM by building and strengthening the value proposition for drivers. Our focus is long-term retention: over the past few years, we've developed a loyalty level system centered on core driver benefits — and we're now expanding it.

We're looking for someone to help grow our partnerships network by sourcing, launching, and managing benefits that genuinely matter to drivers. This is not a hunting or sales role. We're looking for a strong executor with a systems mindset — someone who uses data to identify opportunities, manages complexity across teams, and builds partnerships that last.

- Conduct market research to understand driver needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify the most valuable benefits for drivers.
