About the Role

We are looking for a
BI Support Specialist
to support and maintain a Looker-based Business Intelligence environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone with practical experience in BI, SQL, dashboards,



and data analysis who wants to continue developing their skills in a modern cloud analytics environment.

You will work with Looker, LookML, BigQuery datasets, dashboards, and analytical models while supporting reporting needs, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to improvements across the BI environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the existing Looker BI environment.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of LookML models, Explores, and dashboards.
- Build and update dashboards and reporting tables using BigQuery datasets and datamarts.
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for analytics and reporting.
- Investigate dashboard issues, data inconsistencies, and reporting problems.
- Support improvements to existing dashboards and reporting workflows.
- Assist with performance optimization and maintenance of BI assets.
