We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Sales & Operations Support Analyst
to support our internal Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on invoice processing, purchase order management, data accuracy, and workflow coordination within NetSuite.

Responsibilities
- Create and process invoices accurately and on time to support the Sales team.
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for operational needs.
- Perform item setup and maintain data within NetSuite.
- Coordinate workflows across Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for internal purchasing requests.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
- Support month-end close activities when needed.
- Handle high-volume operational data entry tasks (approximately 30% of workload).
- Prioritize and execute urgent requests from multiple stakeholders.

- Advanced English proficiency (C1+)

- High level of accuracy in data entry and task execution.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Availability to work Central Time business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT).
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with General Ledger (GL) and accrual processes.
- Previous experience in billing, purchasing, operations support, or administrative functions.

Experience
- 2 years of experience in operations support, billing, purchasing, administrative support, data management
