About You

Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; knowledge of French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Influencer, Ambassadors or Affiliate Marketing with a focus on growth and performance.

Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

Outstanding project management skills and strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.

Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver who actively seeks opportunities for improvement.

Proactive entrepreneur: a can-do person who takes on tasks proactively, takes ownership, and communicates effectively within a team.

Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers.

Stay up-to-date with trends and technology and understand how to use them to improve our work.

Demonstrable ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.

Based or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

About the role

Formulate and execute strategies aligned with overall business goals - ensure the department activities align with broader business objectives.

Oversee day-to-day influencer marketing activities, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments to amplify business impact.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the company's influencer network and reach.

Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and analyze data to continually optimize efforts.

Effectively manage budget, employing a strategic approach to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive business growth.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

Infuse creativity into strategies, ensuring campaigns are not just impactful but also innovative and captivating.

Act as the face and voice of the department, ensuring a consistent and authentic representation.

Key role in new business development by identifying, fostering and coordinating strategic partnerships and campaigns.
