We’re looking for a senior editor who can help us raise the creative standard.

The role

You’ll edit executive interviews and leadership content into polished short-form and mid-form videos for a business audience.

This role is for someone with strong creative direction and editorial sense. We need an editor who understands what footage to include, when to use it,



how to shape pacing, where sound design matters, and how to make senior leaders look credible, natural, and engaging.

Responsibilities

Edit executive interviews into high-quality short-form and mid-form videos.

Find strong hooks, story arcs, insights, and human moments in raw footage.

Shape complex business topics into clear, compelling edits.

Make smart choices on b-roll, cutaways, pacing, music, sound design, captions, graphics, and text treatment.

Use AI tools where helpful to storyboard ideas, create simple animations, generate visual references, or support lightweight visual concepts.

Maintain a premium, modern, editorial visual style.

Work with our creative team to apply feedback quickly.

Stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage project files properly.
