The Sign Pack (www.thesignpack.com) is a integral design agency specializing in signage. We work with sign companies across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, providing creative layouts, vehicle wraps, production files, and more. Our team is 100% remote, multicultural, and highly collaborative.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support our Sign Pack operations team. This role is responsible for receiving jobs from external systems (such as CoreBridge, PrintIQ etc), accurately entering and managing them within our internal platform, and ensuring smooth handoff to production. The position involves light customer communication and close coordination with internal teams.

This is an operational, systems-focused role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple job management platforms.

What You'll Do
- Receive and review incoming jobs from external systems (e.g., CoreBridge or similar platforms).




- Accurately input and manage job details in our internal system.
- Identify needed clarifications or confirmations in incoming jobs and coordinate with internal team to ensure appropriate communication with customers.
- Coordinate with internal production and operations teams to ensure job readiness.
- Track job status and update records as needed.
- Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues early.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a technical admin, operations, or production support role.
- Strong computer skills including the use of common business tools.
- Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and data entry systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong English communication and comprehension (verbal and written).
