Drive the evolution of our backend technology, infrastructure, and AI capabilities to ensure high performance, scalability, and seamless integration for our mobile applications.

What Will You Do
Work closely with our CTO and engineering team to design and evolve the core backend and platform architecture that powers all our applications.





Lead complex technical initiatives across backend systems, infrastructure, and developer tooling.

Define and implement scalable foundations that allow the team to ship faster and operate reliably as we grow.

What you'll be working on

Designing and evolving the backend architecture that powers our products and internal platform.

Building scalable and reliable backend services.

Improving infrastructure, observability, reliability, and deployment workflows across the engineering stack.

Working directly with Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Supabase, Cloudflare).

Creating internal tools, platform capabilities, and shared components that enable engineers to build faster and safer.

Leading architectural decisions and helping the team scale both technically and operationally.

What we're looking for

Backend Engineering
Strong expertise in backend development with languages like Kotlin, Java, Go, Python or similar.

Proven experience building and operating
