Role Overview

Influx is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to spearhead recruitment initiatives and oversee human resources functions for our primary segments.

This remote,



work-from-home position involves managing a team—both directly and through collaborative influence—to reshape customer support for clients worldwide. In this role, you will drive the development and rollout of HR policies, initiatives, and services globally across two of our most critical client segments.

Our primary objectives include:
- Acting as the main HR point of contact for designated Delivery Heads to address talent and overall HR needs.
- Expanding our human resources presence within Latin America to facilitate company growth.
- Attracting and retaining exceptional talent while upholding rigorous recruitment standards.
- Ensuring operational excellence across the entire Human Resources department.
- Partnering with executive leadership to ensure operational alignment.
