At Resparked, we're a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand selling Art & Craft products in the US market. We're a team of 40 based in Argentina, and on a mission to reignite the creative spark in people around the world.

We're looking for a
QA & Training Sr Analyst to join our Customer Experience team
— someone who can build and own our quality program from the ground up, turning daily execution data into real improvement actions.

What you'll be part of
- Design and maintain QA scorecards across all channels, and audit interactions daily — tickets, chat, phone calls, and email — ensuring every customer contact reflects our Unreasonable Hospitality standard.
- Build and lead onboarding and training programs for new agents and continuous development for the current team.
- Run individual feedback sessions grounded in real QA data, with an empathetic and constructive approach.




- Own our Knowledge Base and keep SOPs, FAQs, and macros updated and operationally adopted.
- Report performance insights to the CX Team Lead and propose process improvements based on quality data.

What we're looking for
- 3+ years in QA, CX Training, or similar roles within Customer Experience
- Proven experience designing scorecards and auditing multichannel interactions
- Experience building onboarding and training programs from scratch
- Solid documentation skills: SOPs, FAQs, Knowledge Base
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Klaus, MaestroQA, Notion, or similar
- English C1 or above — fluent written and spoken. Non-negotiable
- Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina
