About the Role

We are looking for a
Bilingual Sales Rep – US Market
to take ownership of the sales process, drive revenue, and build a strong pipeline through
high-volume outbound activity.

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on cold calling, prospecting, closing, and growing accounts. Success in this role requires a high level of activity, resilience, and comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will be expected to manage a large number of daily interactions, handle rejection effectively, and consistently push opportunities forward.

Prior sales experience is required. Experience in high-volume outbound sales is strongly preferred.





Training & Ramp-Up
- During your first 30 days, you’ll go through hands-on dispatcher training to learn how the business works (operations training, carriers, lanes, freight flow)
- After that, you’ll receive sales training and begin transitioning into the commercial role
- Around week 6, you’ll start selling, focusing primarily on cold calling and building your own book of business

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and generate business opportunities (B2B sales)
- Build and manage client relationships
- Negotiate rates with clients and carriers
- Manage accounts and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with operations team

Requirements
- Bilingual English (required) — you will work with U.S. clients
- 1–3 years of sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
