The Marketing Project Coordinator will assist executive leadership with day-to-day marketing and operational projects. This role involves creating project briefs, coordinating projects across various teams, and maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

The adecuado candidate will also organize digital assets, assist with website content updates, and manage social media accounts while ensuring projects remain on schedule.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Assist executive leadership with day-to-day marketing and operational projects.

• Create project briefs, creative briefs, and implementation documents.

• Coordinate projects between marketing teams, developers, designers, agencies, and contractors.

• Maintain project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Follow up with team members to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Organize, maintain,



and distribute digital assets including graphics, videos, product images, marketing materials, and creative files.

• Maintain organized cloud storage and asset management systems.

• Assist with website content updates and marketing initiatives.

• Schedule, update, and maintain social media accounts.

• Coordinate social media content calendars and publishing schedules.

• Pull and organize performance reports from advertising and social media platforms.

• Assist with launch planning for products, campaigns, promotions, and website updates.

• Research, review, audit, and evaluate new software platforms, AI tools, marketing tools, design tools, automation systems, and development solutions.

• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and workflow procedures.

• Support reporting, analytics, and executive project initiatives.

• Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates.
