The Opportunity

We're entering the market with high ambition and a small team that needs to move fast, learn quickly, and build trust from the ground up. We're hiring a People & Performance Partner to build the people foundation from zero to one.

The role
You'll partner with local leaders and the general P&P; team to stand up the core people infrastructure for a new market — then keep raising the bar as the team scales.

In practice, that means:
- Establishing people processes, leadership rhythms, documentation, and workflows for a high-performing new market team
- Coaching managers through feedback, performance conversations, development, and early employee relations matters
- Owning onboarding q
