What we do:

We're building an Agent-to-Agent communication and transaction network: the trust infrastructure for AI agents, people, and businesses to discover each other, verify identity, coordinate, negotiate, and transact securely. As AI agents become more capable, the world is going to need this trusted infra layer, and that's what we're creating.

Who we're looking for:

A hands-on, product-minded Head of Technology to lead architecture and engineering from day zero. A strategic role, but with your hands on the code, the product, and the team.

What we expect from the profile:
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with technical or architecture leadership
- Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1, ideally in startups
- Backend,



distributed systems, APIs, and cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Hands-on with modern AI: LLM APIs, agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, etc.), orchestration
- Strong on security: identity, permissions, encryption, auditing, secure APIs
- Experience building and leading engineering teams

Big plus:
- Familiarity with MCP, agent-to-agent protocols, OpenAPI, webhooks
- Payments experience (Stripe, Adyen, Mercado Pago) or marketplaces / ledgers
- Prior experience as Head of Technology, Director, or VP of Engineering
