We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead Full Stack Engineer
to join our dynamic team. This project lead role will require a mix of creative technology, R&D;, collaboration, and hands-on development work to deliver AI-powered tools and experiences for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional contributors, including creative directors, UI designers, content designers, and producers. You will also play a pivotal role in representing Addition at a project level to our clients, where you will represent our work and team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership
: Lead the project design and development of AI Systems to power internal workflows and tools, content at scale, and digital or physical experiences.
- Product Management:
Oversee technical architecture, scoping, coding, code reviews, integration, and communication with internal and client technology stakeholders.

Coding: Develop rapid prototypes to facilitate team alignment, explore what’s possible,



and contribute meaningful production code to projects to ensure their success.
- Productization:
Help facilitate a repository of reusable code snippets, techniques, and libraries that can be applied to streamline the development of future projects and enable technology team members to operate more effectively.
- Quality and Safety:
Work with internal and external QA and AI safety teams to ensure that products are delivered at the highest level of quality and AI safety.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 3+ years of experience incorporating foundation models such as LLMs and Image Generation models into complex, multi-function AI Systems.
- 5+ years leading creative technology projects with cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years of experience developing software systems in a professional setting.
- A BS or MS in computer science or a similar field is preferred.
