Our client is a high-growth performance marketing and lead generation agency operating across multiple insurance and financial services verticals including Medicare, Final Expense, Debt Settlement, and Auto Insurance. We manage seven-figure monthly media budgets across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels. We are scaling rapidly and building the operational infrastructure to support our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator who brings seasoned operational instincts and a track record of owning complex, multi-client workstreams without hand-holding. This is a client-facing execution role - you are the connective tissue between our clients and our internal teams, making sure every request, reactivation, and deliverable gets to the right person and gets done. At the senior level, we expect you to not only manage the follow-up loop but anticipate breakdowns before they happen, surface systemic issues to leadership, and bring structure to chaos. You will be trusted to handle client communication on logistics and account status,



coordinate across media buying, creative, and compliance teams, and serve as the operational backbone of our client portfolio.

This is not a strategic role
- you are not running performance reviews or making media buying decisions. But it requires someone with enough experience to understand the environment, ask the right questions, and keep a fast-moving agency from dropping balls across multiple verticals simultaneously.

Core Responsibilities

Client Communication & Account Follow-Up
- Own the follow-up loop across all active client accounts - nothing sits unanswered for more than 24 hours
- Proactively reach out to clients on account status, next steps, and reactivation of paused or inactive targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client logistics - not strategy, but execution and status
