Step into the fast-paced world of TikTok advertising as part of our regional support team. As a TikTok Support Intern,



you'll be at the operational heart of our Latin American business — managing end-to-end processes in Salesforce, resolving advertiser issues, and working hand-in-hand with commercial teams across multiple countries. This is a role for someone who's comfortable navigating complexity, communicating across all levels of an organization, and making things happen.
What You'll Do
- Own the full Salesforce lifecycle for assigned internal accounts, all the way to monthly consumption closing.
- Process balance top-up requests across TikTok Business Centers accurately and on time.
- Investigate and resolve ad rejection and account suspension cases, ensuring advertisers get back up and running quickly.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across different markets and functions, adapting your communication style to fit every audience.
- Contribute to the identification, improvement, and automation of internal team processes.
