The role of the Contract Manager will be responsible for facilitating contracting including active contract review, analysis, redlining, negotiation. It will be key for this individual to manage collaboration across multiple locations with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, General Process Owners, and other important cross-functional teams. It will also be key for this individual to manage and handle escalations in the contracting process
- Experienced bilingual paralegals or lawyers with 2–4 years of core negotiation experience.
- Fully equipped to handle supplier MSAs, navigate complex legal terms, align stakeholders, and mitigate corporate risk.

Activities include
:
- Leading negotiation of supplier Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, amendments to the MSA and other legal related contracts, while balancing business objectives with legal and risk requirements.
- Reviewing and redlining contractual terms related to liability, indemnification, insurance, intellectual property, confidentiality, data privacy, information security, termination rights,



and other key risk areas in accordance with LSI standards.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, privacy, information security, finance, and business owners, to resolve contractual issues and drive timely agreement execution.
- Identifying, assessing, and escalating contractual, regulatory, and commercial risks, while recommending mitigation strategies and documenting approved risk positions.
- Maintaining negotiation records, contract version control, and audit-ready documentation throughout the contracting lifecycle.

*Minimum Requirements:*
- B.S./B.A. Law degree
- 2 to 4 years experience.
- Professional English is a must.
- Legal training/qualification/experience could be a differentiator.
