Responsibilities
Assist with evening (5-9:30pm) ESOL registration sessions at the CCC Adult Education Offices (Carroll County Workforce Development, 224 N. Center Street, Westminster – formerly the Multi-Service Center)
Contact students and prospective students via phone or email
Provide Spanish language support for Spanish-speaking students
Prepare registration folders and paperwork
Other office duties as requested

Federal Work Study Eligible preferred (see below)
Bilingual Spanish/English
Interest in learning about office work and procedures
Attention to detail

Adaptable; some evenings are preferred to assist with student intake (registration) session
