About the Role

As a Property Administrator, you'll be the steady hand behind our team’s daily operations - balancing precision, consistency, and service. Your work will keep our systems tight, our records accurate, and our client experience smooth.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage two shared inboxes - responding to internal questions and forwarding key communications to clients




- Prepare and distribute monthly financial and accounts receivable statements using our accounting software
- Draft and send templated communications (letters, memos, notices, welcome emails to new owners)
- Maintain meticulous records: update building contact sheets, council registers, and owner information
- File documents accurately and manage digital storage systems for fast and reliable access
- Process legal and compliance forms related to property sales
- Handle client email communication with a clear, professional tone
- Track and manage recurring admin cycles with accountability (e.g. monthly reporting deadlines)
- Contribute to internal documentation and SOP updates as processes evolve
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across tasks
