Responsibilities and more:

Virtual assistant — podcast logistics & production manager (Blond & Quantum)

I'm looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support the day-to-day logistics of my podcast,



Blond & Quantum — a show that translates quantum technologies into business and investment insights.

Responsibilities:

Replying to and managing emails (guest coordination, scheduling)

Light Canva work (episode covers, social graphics from templates)

Social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram — posting, scheduling, engagement)

Light video editing (short clips for social)

Requirements:

Solid working knowledge of Google Drive + Gmail

Experience running social media accounts — LinkedIn and Instagram from the admin side, not just as a viewer ?

Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

English proficiency (written communication with guests)

Nice to have (but not required):

Canva or video editing experience — training is provided for the right candidate
