Job Summary

The Head of Finance is a strategic executive role responsible for shaping and executing the financial vision of Placement International. This individual will serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and managing the financial infrastructure of the organization. With strong analytical and leadership capabilities, the Head of Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management,



and legal compliance—ensuring Placement International's sustained growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Experience & Education
- 8–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments is strongly valued.
- Technical & Strategic Skills
- Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
