Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Design Leads
who can both
lead creative direction and execute high-quality design work hands-on
.

This role requires someone who is
highly organized, fast-moving, and performance-oriented
, with strong experience in agency environments and a deep understanding of marketing-driven design.

You will play a key role in shaping brand identities and executing creative across multiple channels.





Responsibilities
- Lead and execute design across multiple channels:
- Branding & visual identity systems
- Packaging design (CPG-focused)
- Paid media creatives (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Email marketing design (campaigns & lifecycle)
- Translate brand strategy into high-performing visual assets
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and creative teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times
- Provide guidance and feedback to other designers when needed

Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in design (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, paid media, and email design
- Packaging Experience
- Experience leading projects while remaining hands-on
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong AI skills
