What we're looking for

Our client is a fast-moving, US-focused influencer marketing business that runs UGC campaigns for consumer brands across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. They're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven
UGC Coordinator
to support the Head of Creator Partnerships and keep the creator pipeline running smoothly, from first outreach to final invoice.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and shortlist new UGC creators that match each client's target demographic and brand fit, using platforms like Backstage and Fiverr as well as the existing creator base.
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators, acting as the friendly, responsive first point of contact from outreach through onboarding.
- Serve as the go-between for creators,



the internal team, and clients during negotiations, and manage the revision process by relaying feedback clearly.
- Coordinate product shipping, including dispatch, tracking, follow-ups, and monitoring the central shipping inbox.
- Handle creator invoicing, keep all project trackers accurate and up to date, and prepare contracts from templates for newly signed creators.
- Add new creators to the company's internal app and maintain a healthy, vetted pipeline across markets.

Requirements
- Some experience in marketing or influencer/UGC marketing, or a strong demonstrable interest in the space.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail; you naturally keep trackers, inboxes, and timelines tidy.
- Strong written communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
- Comfort juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines at once in an admin-heavy, logistics-focused role.
