, we are looking for an
Identity Governance Analyst
(Senior Associate) - Advanced English to join a leading general company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.

Work Model:
Full-time, 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
- Support and administer quarterly access certification and attestation campaigns across global applications.
- Analyze identity and access data to identify anomalies, dormant accounts, ownership gaps, and other risk indicators.
- Onboard applications and groups into the organization's Identity Governance platform.
- Track remediation activities and ensure timely completion of governance deliverables.
- Maintain documentation, evidence repositories, and support audit and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with CISO teams, application owners, and IT operations teams to resolve identity governance issues.
- Develop and improve operational processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce reporting and insights to support governance, compliance,



and risk management objectives.

Mandatory Skills:
- Advanced English level (written and oral) is required for global collaboration.
- 2–4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance Administration (IGA), Cybersecurity, or a related IT Operations role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Identity Governance platforms, preferably SailPoint (IIQ or ISC).
- Experience supporting access reviews, certifications, and attestation processes.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with access data, reporting, and Excel-based analysis.
- Experience using ServiceNow for ticket and request management.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and reporting automation.
- Experience with Splunk, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with AI tools for analysis, documentation, reporting, or process automation.
